While we have a small team of casual teachers who work regularly at Queenwood, we often seek additional casual staff in both our Junior and Senior Schools, so we welcome expressions of interest for casual teaching positions throughout the year.

Queenwood is located at Balmoral Beach (Senior School) and Mosman (Junior School) under 10km from the Sydney CBD. With attractive facilities in a beautiful environment, staff enjoy proximity to parks, beach, cafes and multiple bus routes directly outside the School or a short walk to Spit Junction.

Admissions Associate

The Admissions Associate will be responsible for supporting the admissions and enrolment processes at Queenwood, working to attract and admit students who align with the school’s values and mission. As a key representative of Queenwood to prospective families, the Admissions Associate will support the Registrar in guiding families through the admissions journey and ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience. This is a permanent full-time onsite role, commencing as soon as possible.

Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic marketing initiatives of Queenwood. This position involves a blend of administrative support and creative tasks aimed at promoting Queenwood’s brand and facilitating student enrolments. This position will assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, as well as working closely and collaboratively with the Advancement Team on a range of activities such as social media promotion, events and enhancing brand awareness. This is a permanent full-time onsite role, commencing as soon as possible.

Senior School Learning Enhancement Teacher

The Senior School Learning Enhancement Teacher will have a strong background in teaching and hold the relevant qualifications and/or have significant experience in special education. At Queenwood the needs of students with weaker academic abilities are met by clearly differentiated programs and teaching from classroom teachers in the mainstream classroom. The Senior School Learning Enhancement Teacher is a skilled practitioner in special education who works with the small minority of students whose learning difficulties or disabilities are such that their learning needs cannot be met through classroom differentiation alone. This is a permanent part time (0.8FTE), position, to commence Monday, 26 May 2025.

Junior School Learning Enhancement Teacher

Queenwood is seeking a Junior School Learning Enhancement Teacher, with a strong background and qualifications in learning support. The role is for a skilled practitioner in special education who will work on targeted intervention programs with students with diverse needs from K–6. There is a special focus within this role on literacy and numeracy. This is a full-time, permanent position to commence in Term 2, 2025.
