Andrew is the CEO and a Director of TSA Riley, a global project consultancy to the construction industry. With a career exceeding 30 years, he is an experienced business leader, having been a Director of TSA Riley since 2010 and having held various senior executive roles in that time.
Andrew has engineering, property finance and MBA qualifications from UNSW, UC Berkeley and AGSM. He is a member of AICD, Engineers Australia, the Institution of Structural Engineers, and the Australian Institute of Project Management. He has provided senior-level advisory and project director services to major government and private sector projects. Past roles assisting government include acting as Deputy Project Director on Sydney Light Rail, and as a Director within the NSW Government’s Barangaroo Delivery Authority. Within the private sector he has had director oversight of several significant property projects.
Prior to joining TSA Riley, he held various roles with Macquarie Bank, Lendlease and Arup.
Andrew has been a Queenwood Governor since February 2020.
Andrew lives in Fairlight, Sydney. He and his wife have 4 daughters, all of whom have attended Queenwood. He is a volunteer with the NSW Rural Fire Service, supporting efforts in the Blue Mountains. Additionally, Andrew is a keen ocean swimmer and sailor, enjoying the balance of outdoor pursuits alongside his professional commitments.
