Ms Grinham is the Head of the Sydney Women’s Fund, a charitable organisation with the purpose of ensuring the most vulnerable women and families thrive and feel valued, equal and safe. Lisa’s career has spanned corporate leadership roles to running her own business consulting firm, working in sectors including telecommunications, manufacturing, legal, financial services, automotive, and healthcare before moving into the for-purpose sector, holding CEO and Non-Executive Director roles. Lisa’s career has involved a focus on business turnaround and growth, including leading a digital transformation projects.
For the last 20 years, Lisa has been driven by her desire to build a more giving society, and in particular to uplift women and young people.
Lisa is the immediate past President and current Board director of International Women’s Forum Australia, which connects women leaders globally across every professional sector in support of each other and the common mission of advancing women’s leadership and championing equality worldwide.
As a Queenwood alumnae (1984), Lisa attributes her education at Queenwood (as well as her wonderful family), to providing her with her values and drive guiding her for the last 40 years. She understands the strength of being a Queenwood girl, to be empowered to be the best you can be in whatever you choose to do, whilst wanting to also make the world a better and fairer place for all. Some of her closest girlfriends to this day as those she met at Queenwood.
